Newsflash … and a very sad one.

Graham Griffiths.

Campbell received this sad news this afternoon, Sunday, 6th December.

“It is with my deepest sympathy to inform you that my Dad passed away at 1.30pm this afternoon, Rob.”

Our thoughts are with the family at this very sad time.

It is very sad at any time but particularly so at this time of year but this year in particular.

Graham was an excellent bowler who contributed a great deal more than bowling to the club. He has been greatly missed during his illness.

A sad loss to the club and especially the family.

It is with great sadness we learned of Graham’s death, our thoughts are with his family at this time, I had great pleasure in working with Graham from 2001 on organising the ladies and gentlemen inter club competitions which we ran very successfully over the years, we struck up a good working relationship, and the club will miss Graham’s honest endeavour to work hard in the club’s interest
Kindest regards to Robert and family

My deep condolences to Rob and family on your loss. I have known Graham over 50 years through bowls and he will be sadly missed.

So sorry to hear of Graham’s passing, I played with and against Graham many times over the years and always got on well with him, and he also helped in any way he could with the running of the club, he will be sadly missed, my regards to all his family and friends.

Dear Rob, and Grahams family,we were very sad to read that your Dad has passed away. Dave particularly remembers what a superb bowler Graham was and greatly admired him. A very, very sad loss to your family, and to the club. R I P. Graham….your name will live on.

Have known Graham for over 50 years both through work, and indoor and outdoor bowls. He was a great bowler and will be missed by many from other Counties as well as our own.

Rob

Very sorry to hear sad news. I spent many times talking with Graham about our love of cruising. Many shared experiences. Will be truly missed
