Hello,
I hope all the Mums amongst you had a lovely day yesterday.
I have to report that the annual Tony Allcock match on Saturday was narrowly won by the men (they scored about double the shots as the ladies – I’m sure they were cheating!)
Through gritted teeth – Well done gents … who retain the much coveted plate.

Our U25s were in action again yesterday in the semifinal at Northampton against Suffolk. I don’t have the result yet but I will announce it here when I have it.
The Ladies’ Section Meeting is today at 12.30pm in the Cooper Suite.
Agenda …

I hope the ladies will come along.
Graham Whiting is looking for a skip for his team on Tuesday mornings in the summer. There is a notice in the foyer to which you could add your name or contact him directly if you fit the bill.
The penultimate friendly is this Tuesday afternoon at 2.00p.m. against the Kent ladies. The team sheet is up on the board and spectators are welcome.
The final friendly of the season is next Sunday, 22nd at home at 2.00p.m. against Malvern.
If you do want anything posting in the newsletter, just let me know.
In the meantime, take care,
Linda.
Linda Watkin-Jones.
